Property Operations Assistant

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA

Employment Type: Part-Time

Work Environment: Hybrid (Office & Local Errands)

Compensation: $15–$20 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, including occasional evenings and weekends

Position Overview

The Property Operations Assistant helps keep Lila Luxury Stays properties operating at the highest level. This role focuses on property inspections, coordinating cleaners and vendors, restocking supplies, and ensuring every home is guest-ready before each stay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and quality-control checks

• Restock Airbnb supplies

• Coordinate maintenance and vendor repairs

• Communicate with cleaners and verify properties are guest-ready

• Monitor same-day turnovers

• Report damages, missing items, and maintenance concerns

• Assist with guest issue resolution

• Ensure every property consistently meets Lila Luxury Stays standards

Qualifications

Required

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Smartphone with internet access

• Strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Ability to work independently

• Comfortable driving between properties

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Airbnb or short-term rental experience

• Hospitality experience

• Property management experience

• Customer service experience

Previous experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
