Property Operations Assistant

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Based on turnover needs, including weekends and busy arrival days

Position Overview

The Property Operations Assistant helps keep Lila Luxury Stays properties operating at the highest level. This role focuses on property inspections, coordinating cleaners and vendors, restocking supplies, and ensuring every home is guest-ready before each stay.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms, appliances, surfaces, beds, and bathrooms against our cleaning and presentation checklists

• Check linens for stains, damage, odors, and wear; remove unusable items from rotation and report shortages

• Support cleaners during turnovers, monitor delays, and help with urgent cleaning needs as assigned.

• Correct minor cleaning or presentation issues and confirm required corrections are complete.

• Collect dirty linens, pick up clean laundry, and deliver organized linen sets to properties.

• Track linen counts and keep laundry, supply storage, and inventory areas organized.

• Restock approved guest essentials and cleaning products; report low or missing supplies

• Upload inspection photos, complete checklists, and report damaged or missing items and property concerns.

• Keep the operations team informed of progress and immediately flag any issue that may delay check-in.

• Confirm a property is guest-ready only after inspection and required corrections are complete.

Qualifications

Required

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and comfort driving between Atlanta-area properties.

• A smartphone with internet access for assignments, photos, checklists, and updates

• Dependability, punctuality, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow cleaning standards, work independently, and prioritize time-sensitive turnovers.

• Ability to lift and carry linens and supplies and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.

• Availability for weekends and high-volume turnover days as scheduled.

Preferred

• Experience with short-term rental turnovers, housekeeping, or hospitality.

• Experience inspecting cleaned spaces, organizing supplies, or handling laundry and linens.

Previous experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Schedule

Assignments are based on checkouts, cleaning schedules, and upcoming arrivals. Same-day turnovers take priority. Weekend and high-volume turnover availability is required as scheduled. Maintain reliable communication during scheduled hours and report unresolved issues before ending your shift.
